Terms & Conditions for Kehla G & Co

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using this website or purchasing any services, programs, or products from Kehla G & Co (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using www.kehlag.com (the “Site”) or engaging with our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All materials—including written content, videos, frameworks, PDFs, audio files, AI portals, GPTs, templates, and coaching tools—are the intellectual property of Kehla G & Co and are protected under Canadian and international copyright law.

You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, or resell any content without written permission.
Unauthorized use of Company materials constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

2. Payments & Billing

All prices are listed in CAD or USD and processed securely via ThriveCart, Stripe, or PayPal.
By completing a purchase, you agree to pay all fees as displayed at checkout.

  • Payment plans must be completed in full, even if you do not complete the program.

  • Missed or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without prior communication constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in revoked access or legal action.

  • “Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the product or program, not the purchaser’s lifetime.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, materials have been downloaded, or live sessions have begun.

This applies to all digital products, courses, programs, intensives, replays, coaching sessions, and AI-based tools.

  • “Access granted” means login details have been delivered, materials are accessible or downloadable, or the first live session has commenced.

  • All purchases are non-transferable and may not be shared or reassigned.

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or perceived value.

  • Exceptions are made only in rare, discretionary cases of verified duplicate payment or technical failure.

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–10 business days.

This refund policy complies with Canadian consumer protection law for digital goods and services, which allows businesses to define and disclose refund terms prior to purchase.

4. Program Access & Service Policy

Access to courses, coaching programs, or AI portals is granted solely to the individual purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

Access logs (logins, IP addresses, timestamps) may be monitored for verification and compliance.

When programs are updated, evolved, or retired, participants will receive reasonable notice and continued access where possible.
Access to custom GPTs or AI systems is limited to the duration of active enrollment or membership.

5. AI, Automation & Digital Tools

Kehla G & Co integrates artificial intelligence (“AI”) and automation systems—including ChatGPT by OpenAI, proprietary GPT assistants, and other technology—to enhance education, content delivery, and client experience.

  • AI tools may assist with personalized recommendations, coaching insights, interactive learning, or automation of content.

  • All AI tools are operated under human supervision, with privacy-protective settings enabled whenever possible.

  • Client data entered into AI systems is anonymized or limited to essential context and never shared publicly.

  • AI-generated materials, GPTs, and related frameworks are the intellectual property of Kehla G & Co and may not be copied, cloned, reverse-engineered, or resold.

  • AI outputs are for educational and informational purposes only. Clients are responsible for reviewing and implementing information at their own discretion.

By using any AI-enabled products or services, you consent to limited automated data processing as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Technology Platforms

Our services rely on trusted third-party platforms, including ThriveCart, Flowdesk, Zoom, Fathom, Stripe, Squarespace, and OpenAI.
We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or disruptions caused by these providers but will make reasonable efforts to restore or reschedule access when necessary.

7. Confidentiality, Coaching & Recordings

All information shared in private coaching sessions or group programs is confidential.
We will not disclose personal or business information without written consent, except as required by law.

By participating in live or recorded sessions, you consent to recording for educational use within the same paid container.
Sessions may be transcribed using Fathom for notes and timestamps.
If you wish to have your name or likeness excluded from shared recordings, contact hello@kehlag.com.

8. AI-Supported Interactions

By enrolling in any Kehla G & Co. program, you consent to limited use of AI systems for note-taking, transcription, and chat-based coaching within the agreed scope of service.
All AI interactions are monitored by a human coach for accuracy and alignment with Company values.

9. User Conduct & Community Expectations

Our programs are collaborative spaces built on respect and professionalism.
You agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with all members.

  • Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or disruptive conduct.

  • Maintain confidentiality of other participants’ personal information.

We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or permanently ban participants who violate these community guidelines.

10. Disclaimer of Results & Liability

All information, programs, and services are provided “as is.”
We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, income, or success.
Your results depend on your own effort, strategy, and timing.

AI Disclaimer:
While AI tools are used to enhance learning and creativity, Kehla G & Co. makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated material.
You acknowledge that AI outputs may contain errors or biases and agree to use them at your own discretion.

Kehla G & Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, Services, or AI tools.
You accept full responsibility for your actions, decisions, and results.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

All personal information is handled in accordance with PIPEDA (Canada) and GDPR (EU) data-protection standards.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and process data, including AI data usage.

12. Testimonial & Media Release

By submitting feedback, testimonials, or participating in recorded sessions, you grant Kehla G & Co permission to use your name, likeness, and statements for marketing or educational purposes across all media platforms unless revoked in writing.

13. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links shared on our Site may be affiliate links.
This means we may earn a commission if you purchase through them, at no additional cost to you.
We only promote tools or products we genuinely trust or use.

14. Non-Disparagement

You agree not to make public statements or communications that defame, disparage, or harm Kehla G & Co or its representatives.

15. Technology Interruptions & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, data loss, or inability to deliver services caused by events beyond our control, including software updates, power outages, or platform failures.
Reasonable efforts will be made to restore or reschedule access.

16. Program Evolution & Service Updates

As AI technology and digital education evolve, Kehla G & Co reserves the right to update or modify delivery methods (including transitions to new platforms or AI portals) while maintaining equivalent value and access for active clients.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in British Columbia unless otherwise agreed in writing.

18. Amendments

We may update or revise these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Site or participation in Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, enrolling in a program, or purchasing a product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
