By completing your purchase and checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. This agreement is legally binding and serves as digital proof of acceptance.

🛑 All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Kehla G & Co are non-refundable and non-transferable, including:

Digital products (e.g., e-books, PDFs, self-paced courses, audio files) once accessed or downloaded
Live workshops, trainings, or their replays
Coaching, mentoring, or consulting sessions once delivered
Guest speaking presentations and associated resources

Access = Final Sale
Logging into the course portal, downloading materials, or attending any session (live or replay) constitutes full delivery and waives your right to a refund.

💳 Payment Plans & Missed Payments

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to:

Complete all scheduled payments in full, regardless of continued participation or usage
Acknowledge that partial payment does not grant partial access
Keep your payment method up to date

⏳ Missed Payment Policy

If a payment fails, you have 7 calendar days to update your payment method and complete the payment. Failure to do so will result in:

Immediate removal from the course portal, Facebook group, and live calls
Loss of access to all program materials, replays, and future content
Forfeiture of bonuses and early access incentives

Important:
A failed payment does not cancel your financial commitment. Enrollment in this program is a full commitment to the payment plan. Personal circumstances, lack of engagement, or missed calls do not exempt you from completing the payment agreement.

If you're experiencing a temporary issue, you must email [email protected] within the 7-day window. Communication is welcomed—but it does not cancel your payment obligation.

⚖️ Extended Payment Liability

By enrolling in a payment plan, you acknowledge full legal responsibility to complete all payments. If your payment defaults and is not resolved within 7 days, Kehla G & Co reserves the right to pursue the remaining balance through collections or small claims court. You agree to cover all associated legal or administrative fees if enforcement is required. Missed payments do not absolve your contractual obligation.

🚫 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support is a violation of this agreement. In such cases, Kehla G & Co reserves the right to:

Revoke access to all paid and unpaid content
Deny future purchases
Report suspected fraud to financial institutions and legal authorities

All access is tracked via timestamps and IP logs to verify usage.

🔒 Fraud Prevention

Account activity is monitored for security. Access may be suspended or investigated if:

A stolen or unauthorized payment method is used
Suspicious or geographically inconsistent logins occur

Kehla G & Co reserves the right to pursue legal action in confirmed cases of fraud.

🎥 Call Replays & Bonus Materials

Replays for all live Q&A calls will be available in the training portal until January 7, 2026. After this date, Q&A replays will be permanently removed. It is the client’s responsibility to view these before the expiration date. Extensions will not be granted.
Bonus trainings included with Signature Program by Design are part of lifetime access and will remain in the portal.

⚙️ Technology Disruptions

Kehla G & Co is not liable for any interruptions in access caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Kajabi), local internet issues, or other factors outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access where possible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

✋ Support & Communication Boundaries

This is a group coaching container, not a 1:1 program. The client agrees to the following support structure:

Kehla will not be coaching via Instagram DMs, personal messages, or private inboxes
All coaching must take place through:
- Live Q&A calls
- The designated Facebook group
- Official submission forms provided within the program
Email ([email protected]) is for admin and tech support only—not for coaching or content feedback

🧘‍♀️ Group Integrity & Conduct

This space is built on mutual respect, co-creation, and integrity. Kehla G & Co reserves the right to remove any client from the program—without refund—for behavior deemed harmful, including:

Disrespectful communication
Violating group boundaries
Soliciting or messaging other clients without consent
Sharing or misusing program content

👩‍💻 Intellectual Property & Content Use

All materials remain the intellectual property of Kehla G & Co and may not be shared, copied, resold, or repurposed in any format without written consent.

Program access is for the individual purchaser only. Sharing login credentials or allowing multiple users to access the program without prior permission is a breach of these terms and may result in removal without refund.

“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the product while hosted by Kehla G & Co. If the program is retired or moved, clients will be notified and given at least 30 days to download materials or migrate to a new platform.

🔐 Privacy & Data Use

All client data submitted through intake forms, surveys, or feedback documents is kept confidential and is used solely to support your participation, improve the program, and inform educational content. Your personal data will never be sold or shared outside Kehla G & Co.

📸 Client Wins, Screenshots & Testimonials

By joining the program, the client gives Kehla G & Co permission to share anonymized screenshots, quotes, or paraphrased wins shared in group spaces, forms, or live calls. These may be used for marketing, education, or community inspiration purposes. No names or identifying details will be shared unless explicit permission is granted.

⚖️ Jurisdiction

All disputes will be resolved first through mediation. If unresolved, they will be handled via binding arbitration under the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
