Refund Policy for Digital Products: At Kehla G & Co, we are dedicated to delivering our customers with the finest digital products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Eligibility: Our refund policy applies to all digital products and services purchased through Kehla G & Co website.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of the issue with the product. The refund policy applies only to the original purchase and cannot be transferred to subsequent purchases. The eligibility for a refund varies per offer. If there is downloadable content, there will be no refunds available and this will be noted on the checkout page of the offer. Purchasing the item means that you agree to the refund policy. There are no refunds for time spent coaching through coaching agreements. Further details on this can be found on the coaching contract between Coach and Client.

Timeframe: You have 24hrs on from the date of purchase to request a refund on digital products that allow refunds. If the refund request is made after 24hrs, a refund will not be issued.

Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Our team will review your request and, if approved, process the refund within 7 days.

Exceptions: Our refund policy does not apply to digital products that have been downloaded or used. Refunds will not be issued for services rendered.
