All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Kehla G & Co are final and non-refundable. This applies to all one-time transactions, including but not limited to:

  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, PDFs, audio files, self-paced courses) once downloaded or accessed

  • Live workshops, replays, or event recordings

  • Coaching, mentoring, and consultation sessions once delivered

  • Guest speaking presentations, including recordings and supplemental resources

Access = Final Sale. Logging into the course portal, downloading materials, attending a session (live or replay), or otherwise accessing content constitutes final delivery and waives your right to a refund.

Piracy & Intellectual Property Protection

All content remains the sole intellectual property of Kehla G & Co.
By purchasing this program, you agree to the following:

  • Content may not be shared, reproduced, resold, uploaded, distributed, or repackaged in any way—digitally or physically—without prior written consent.

  • Doing so constitutes a violation of copyright law and will result in immediate removal of access, denial of future purchases, and potential legal action.

We take piracy and unauthorized use seriously. Access logs and IP tracking are in place to monitor content security and enforce protection.

Non-Transferable Access

Access is for the individual purchaser only. Sharing login credentials or distributing content to others is strictly prohibited.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support is a breach of these terms. In such cases, Kehla G & Co reserves the right to:

  • Revoke access to all products (paid and unpaid)

  • Deny future purchases

  • Report fraudulent activity to financial institutions and legal authorities

Systems record login timestamps and IP activity to verify product delivery.

Live Session Attendance (If Applicable)

Refunds will not be issued for missed live sessions. Replays may be provided at Kehla G & Co’s discretion.
By attending a live session, you consent to being recorded. These recordings may be used inside the program container and distributed to other participants.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information (e.g., Human Design birth details). Kehla G & Co is not responsible for errors or outcomes that result from incorrect data provided by the client.

Lifetime Access Definition

“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the product as hosted by Kehla G & Co. Should the product be retired or moved, clients will be notified with 30 days’ notice to download materials or migrate to a new platform.

Jurisdiction

All disputes will first be addressed through mediation. If unresolved, they will be handled via binding arbitration under the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

Currency

All prices are listed in USD, unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees and fluctuations are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
