  2. Non-Transferable: Refund eligibility applies only to the original purchase and cannot be transferred to subsequent purchases.

  3. Non-Refundable Items: Certain digital products are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

    • Downloadable content (e.g., e-books, PDFs, audio files).

    • Instant access courses and training programs.

    • Live workshops, masterclass replays, and events.

    • Time spent coaching/mentoring/consultation sessions under coaching agreements. Coaching/mentoring/consultation sessions are non-refundable and must be used during the allotted time for booking.

    Non-refundable items will be clearly noted on the checkout page of the offer. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

  4. Coaching Agreements: Refunds are not available for time spent coaching. Further details regarding refunds for coaching services can be found in the coaching contract between Coach and Client.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the date of purchase for eligible digital products. If the refund request is made after 24 hours, it will not be processed.
