By completing your purchase and checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this refund, access, and community policy. This digital acknowledgment serves as proof of acceptance.

All purchases made through Kehla G & Co are final and non-refundable. This applies to:

  • Guest speaking presentations, including recordings and included resources

Access = Final Sale. Logging into the course portal, downloading materials, attending a session (live or replay), or otherwise accessing content constitutes final delivery and waives your right to a refund. No refunds will be issued due to scheduling conflicts, change of mind, or lack of participation.

There are no payment plans available for this program. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

If a future offer includes a payment plan, the following applies:

  • You agree to complete all scheduled payments, even if you stop using the product or service

Access logs, timestamps, and IP addresses are recorded to verify product delivery.

🔐 Fraud & Security Monitoring

Kehla G & Co monitors account activity to protect its content and clients. We reserve the right to investigate or suspend access if:

  • A stolen or unauthorized payment method is used

  • Logins occur from suspicious or inconsistent IP addresses

  • There is evidence of account sharing or misuse

Confirmed cases of fraud may result in legal action.

🧠 Live Group Programs: Boundaries & Expectations

Programs like Refine by Design Live are structured group experiences. By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Participate during the official container (e.g., October 1–31, 2025)

  • Attend and engage in live calls (e.g., October 8, 15, 22, and 29 at 9 a.m. PST)

  • Take responsibility for showing up prepared, completing content, and participating in community spaces

This program does not include 1:1 access or private messaging support via Instagram, email, or other channels. All coaching and support is offered through group calls and the designated community space.

Live sessions will be recorded, and replays will be added to the program portal. Replay access is offered as a courtesy, not guaranteed for missed participation.

💬 Community Guidelines

Access to private community spaces (e.g., Facebook groups) is included as part of certain programs. These are intended for collaboration, reflection, and peer support. You agree to:

  • Respect confidentiality: What’s shared in the group stays in the group

  • Avoid self-promotion: No links, offers, podcast promos, or DM requests unless explicitly invited

  • Engage with intention: Contribute with generosity, respect, and integrity

Violations of these guidelines may result in removal from the group without refund.

Community access is available during the program timeline only unless otherwise stated.

By attending any live session, you consent to being recorded. These recordings may be used as part of the program materials. Kehla G & Co may remove identifying information at its discretion but cannot guarantee full anonymity if you speak or appear on camera during live sessions.

📣 Promotional Use & Anonymity

By enrolling in a Kehla G & Co program, you agree that your participation may be referenced anonymously in future promotional materials. Kehla G & Co may use:

  • General takeaways, quotes, insights, and screenshots from coaching calls or community interactions

  • Audio/video snippets from group sessions or feedback submissions

Clients are responsible for entering accurate information during checkout and for tools like Human Design chart readings. Kehla G & Co is not responsible for incorrect data (e.g., birth time) and will not provide refunds due to user error.
