📌 Non-Refundable Purchases

Because our offerings are designed for immediate access and transformation, all purchases are final. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Digital products that have been downloaded, accessed, or used (e.g., e-books, PDFs, audio files, templates, or courses).

  • Live workshops, masterclasses, and replays.

  • Coaching, mentoring, or consultation sessions once the service has been rendered.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

🧾 Payment Plan Policy

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments as outlined in your payment agreement.

  • Full Commitment: Payment plans are not subscription-based. By enrolling, you are committing to the full cost, regardless of whether you access or complete the material.

  • Access Suspension: Failure to complete payments as scheduled will result in suspension of access until the balance is paid.

  • Payment Failure: You will be notified of failed payments and must update your billing information within the specified window. Continued failure may result in additional fees and permanent removal from the product or service without refund.

⛔ Post-Session Coaching & Access

Unless explicitly stated during a promotional period or agreed upon in writing, no additional coaching or support is included beyond the scheduled session(s).

For intensive sessions:
You will receive a recording and any agreed-upon bonus (e.g., a 30-minute follow-up). Ongoing access or support must be purchased separately.

💳 Chargeback Policy

All purchases are final and not eligible for chargebacks due to:

  • Non-usage of digital products, services, or session time

  • Sale pricing or promotional discounts offered after purchase

  • Failure to understand or apply content after access is granted

Initiating a chargeback for an eligible purchase will be considered a breach of these terms, and we reserve the right to suspend access to all products and services and pursue legal action if necessary.

📚 Ownership and Intellectual Property

All materials and digital products provided by Kehla G & Co are protected intellectual property. You are granted a single-user license for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, repurpose, or resell content in any format

  • Share login credentials or distribute content to others

  • Claim any part of the programs, templates, or AI-generated tools as your own

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

🔐 Prohibited Use & Content Misrepresentation

You may not use any part of Kehla G & Co content—including AI-assisted or prompted materials—to white-label, repackage, or falsely present as your original work. Doing so will result in removal without refund and potential legal consequences.

🤖 Use of AI-Generated Tools

Some offerings may incorporate AI tools such as ChatGPT to support content creation, offer development, backend systems, or business strategy. These tools are used in a guided, intentional way to amplify your clarity and execution.

Kehla G & Co is not liable for how you implement AI-generated content. Responsibility for final outputs and decisions lies with the client.

🔒 Non-Transferable Access

Access to courses, intensives, and coaching is non-transferable. If unauthorized access is detected (e.g., sharing logins or content), your access will be revoked without refund.

🤝 Confidentiality

All private coaching and group containers are held in strict confidence. Personal, financial, or strategic details shared will not be disclosed by Kehla G & Co without explicit consent, unless required by law.

Participants in group containers also agree to maintain confidentiality for other members’ contributions.

🧰 Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Kehla G & Co uses external platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Zoom, Stripe, AI tools). We are not liable for issues caused by third-party outages or tech failures. If you experience a problem, please contact the provider directly and reach out to us for additional support if needed.

❌ Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate access to any product or service without refund if:

  • Terms outlined in this policy are violated

  • Harmful, disruptive, or abusive behavior occurs

  • Misuse of content or breach of integrity is detected

🛠️ Resolution Policy

If you experience a technical issue or problem with access, we will:

  • Provide prompt support

  • Offer replacement files or replay access if applicable

  • Work with you to ensure your purchase is fulfilled
