Kehla G & Co Refund & Service Policy

By completing your purchase and checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this refund and service policy. This digital acknowledgment serves as proof of acceptance.

All purchases made through Kehla G & Co are final and non-refundable. This applies to:

• Digital products (e.g., e-books, PDFs, audio files, courses) once downloaded or accessed

• Live workshops, replays, or event recordings

• Coaching, mentoring, and consultation sessions once delivered

• Guest speaking presentations, including recordings and included resources

Access = Final Sale. Logging into the course portal, downloading materials, attending a session (live or replay), or otherwise accessing content constitutes final delivery and waives your right to a refund.

Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan, you agree to:

• Complete all scheduled payments, even if you stop using the product or service

• Understand that partial payments do not qualify for partial access or refunds

• Update payment information promptly if a scheduled payment fails
  Non-payment may result in revoked access and additional fees.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support is a breach of terms. In the event of a chargeback, Kehla G & Co reserves the right to:

• Revoke access to all products (paid and unpaid)

• Deny future purchases

• Report fraud to financial institutions and legal authorities
  Our systems log access timestamps and IP addresses to verify product delivery.

Fraud & Security Monitoring

Kehla G & Co monitors access activity. Access may be suspended and investigated if:

• A stolen or unauthorized payment method is used

• Logins occur from suspicious IP addresses or geographic mismatches
  We reserve the right to pursue legal action in confirmed cases of fraud.

Live Call Attendance

Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions. Replays may be provided at Kehla G & Co’s discretion.

Recording Release

By attending a live session, you consent to being recorded. Recordings may be used as part of the original program inside a paid container. Personal information may be removed at the discretion of Kehla G & Co.

Accuracy of Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate details (e.g., correct birth time for Human Design readings). Kehla G & Co is not liable for the consequences of inaccurate information and will not offer follow-up sessions or refunds based on user error.

Intellectual Property

All content remains the intellectual property of Kehla G & Co. It may not be shared, reproduced, repackaged, or resold without written consent. Violations may result in revoked access and legal action.

Non-Transferable Access

Access is for the individual purchaser only. Sharing login credentials or content with others is prohibited.

Lifetime Access Definition

“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the product hosted by Kehla G & Co. If a product is retired or moved, clients will be notified and given 30 days to download content or migrate access.

Jurisdiction

All disputes will first go through mediation. If unresolved, they will be handled through binding arbitration under the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

Currency Disclaimer

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees or fluctuations are the responsibility of the purchaser and non-refundable.
